GREATWORLD INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT, INC. was formerly known as ZAIDAMEN ENTERPRISE. Our company remains firm in its commitment to convert Filipino attributes into opportunities that help families alleviate their present situation. It is located at GMG Bldg., Pres. Quirino Ext., Paco, City of Manila, Philippines. It is a duly accredited recruitment agency with DMW License No. 408-LB-08052024-R.
Greatworld International Management Inc. was acknowledged as a corporation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 15, 1985, with an initial capital stock of Php 5,000,000.00. Our agency bank is China Bank, serving as the bank for the company's resources. As early as November 15, 1985, Greatworld International Management Inc. started processing overseas workers for countries including Israel, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Contract Requirements
Essential terms that must be included in every employment contract
Master Employment Contract Must Include
Guaranteed wage for regular hours and overtime pay (not lower than host country minimum or NCR rate, whichever is highest)
Commencement and duration of contract
Number of regular work hours (maximum 8 hours/day, 6 days/week)
Overtime rate for overtime work rendered
Free transportation to and from worksite
Vacation and sick leave
Just/authorized causes for termination of contract
Free emergency medical and dental services

Requirement Analysis
We thoroughly understand your organization, job specifications, person requirements, and timescale.
Sourcing & Pooling
Our staffing coordinators utilize campus recruitment, job fairs, head hunting, and our extensive database to source qualified applicants.
Screening & Testing
Aptitude testing, technical interviews, and evaluation of skills and experience. References are checked and credentials verified.
Shortlisting & Selection
Three to four qualified applicants per position are shortlisted and referred. Employer conducts final interviews and selection.
Documentation & Medical
We process all required documents — passports, contracts, visas, clearances — and arrange comprehensive medical examinations.
Deployment & Orientation
Pre-departure orientation, flight booking, airport assistance, and send-off services to ensure smooth deployment.
Warranty of Services
We warrant that all services are performed with due care, diligence, and efficiency. If a worker placed by our selection is found unsuitable within three months, we bear the cost of repatriation and provide a free replacement.
